| Evelyn Dixon | The graphics and audio are pretty awesome for a mobile, very similar to a sega genesis. I appreciate how I can use the numerical keys as well as the arrow keys on my phone to move sonic through each board. I also like the option to load a saved game. Its good to know that I will not have to begin at the first stage every time I open the application. I rate it a 9 only because its a little difficult to perform combination moves without hitting the close application button by accident, also because there are not as many control options as a console controller would provide, but hey, it is a telephone. 9/10. |

| Christopher Ong | The good : very, very good conversion of the classic mega drive game. Almost everything in the original game made the trip to the mobile version, including the excellent sound track. All in all this is a must-download for classic sonic the hedgehog fans.
The bad : some timing issues make some obstacles in the game needlessly hard to get through, specifically some traps/spikes move way too fast making some areas unpassable. Having only three worlds with three areas each isn't exactly an excellent value. Would have been nice if it duplicated the original game 100%, some parts ( like parallax scrolling, etc ... ) are missing,. |
