Can I just say what a great mobile phone site this is. It seems more personal than others and any problems are dealt with quickly. It's easier to see the games you want with more catergories, and there are plenty of games to choose from.

At last we can have reviews of games which cuts out the tatty games and lets the good stuff shine through so no more wasting money on a game that lasts 5 mins.

I'd just like to praise the site a bit more with the inclusion of loyalty credits. I have downloaded quite a few games since I first registered and I have amassed loads of credits which I have used on some top games. I haven't seen this on many other sites so its a great bonus.

I'd also like to say thanks for not bombarding me with junk on my mobile phone like certain companies. There are no hidden costs, no monthly fees, no contract and the games are some of the cheapest i've seen on the net

Please keep up the good work and thanks for making me one of your first review winners. More free games for me!!

I second everything Stavros said. This site really is more personal and the customer care is phenomenal - I've already had issues with about 3 different games and every single one of them was swiftly handled. I've recommended this site to anyone with a cell phone.
Also, adding the reviews was superb. Already I'm not bothering with games that don't have reviews, and for the ones that do - they greatly assist me in deciding which game I want next.
Same thing with the loyalty credit - what a "far and beyond" thing to offer loyal customers. There are no restrictions on what applications or games you want.

As for any suggestions for improvements: Being able to sort through games by most reviewed, highest rating, etc. would be an excellent addition to the already awesome site. Also, maybe including the score given by each reviewer (that way you know who's the one voting 5 when everyone else is voting 9 or 10 and you can read why he says that)

Thanks for your kind comments.
I'd just thought I'd respond to a couple of things;

1. We are actually working on a new way to allow people to search games based on scores and reviews so we'll have that in soon FYI.
2. On the 'no review' games. When we add new games they don't have any score or reviews as we only let gamers review the games honestly, so sometimes it doesn't mean they are bad, they may just be new. I.e. it takes a while before new games are purchased, played and then reviewed, as only customers who have bought the game can review it. Anyway, worth noting.
