SE K600i X Football Manager 2006
Hi. I have ordered Football Manaer 2006 to my mobile phone. I have payed via SMS. Every time i want to get the game, the point is the same: Sorry your phone is not listed on the system or you are using a web browser. Please contact support at www.themobilegamer...... What is the problem. My wap operates correctly, i have payed for this game, my phone is supported.. (SE K600i). Thx for answer and for solution for my/your (i have payed) problem.

So long as your order has completed correctly then every customer is automatically set up with a customer account and from there you can get all the details regarding your order including the WAP link you can type in to download your product if you haven't yet received it. (You can also log on directly at http://wap.themobilegamer.co.uk with the same username and password and follow the direct link to download your product). You can also contact our support team directly from the support area in your customer account.

Occasionally there are other problems and perhaps an account was not created. In this case go to: http://www.themobilegamer.biz/custom...=forgotDetails in the first instance and enter your number to see if you do have an account and your details will be sent to you. If the system says no details can be found it will show a link which you can click to create an account and then log in and proceed directly to the support area with your query so that one of our support team can help you directly.
