Help - there is no customer service on this forum!!

Have been trying for about 2 weeks to get some help accessing my account - there doesn't seem to be any specific customer support for this website or forum.

I've posted several messages - all of which never appear and I can't get access to my account to download the games I've purchased.

Does someone know of an email address or webpage where I can contact the support team directly?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for replying but I can't get into my account as the username and password I've been given is incorrect, so I cannot log in to post a support request or re-download the game I had previously bought.

Can you please either PM me or point me in the right direction as to how I can get my username/password reset and working WITHOUT losing my order history as I need to download the game I had bought previously.
