I cant log into my account on the main site to post yet another query with somthing I have bought. When I enter my user login and password it says invalid user/password. When I click on forgotten password and enter my mobile no, it says user/password have sent by email. AGHHHHH. I need to speak to someone as the game I have paid for hasnt been sent out!

Use this link http://www.themobilegamer.biz/customer/index.php?page_tracker=forgotDetails to get sent your account details so you can contact our support team who will sort your query out or organise a refund or replacement game. They are very good and will ensure your query is sorted to 100% of your satisfaction.
Please note username and password details are case sensitive so it is best to copy and paste them from the email. Also, if you do not seem to be receiving the email then make sure you do not have any spam/junk filters or folders operating on your account. AOL accounts are particulary bad for this. If the screen says it has been sent then you can be sure it has been sent.
