help with web site (cannot find e-mail contact info)

I want to be removed from the e-mail database as I keep geting e-mails from the mobile game web site although the e-mail address from the sender is richard.hawley*textmarketer.co.uk I don't know if it is spam but it says it is from your web site. I think I did download a game from you once but I do not require any more e-mails. I have looked all over the main web site but have failed to come up with an e-mail address for your customer services. Please can you help with this problem.

Btw you wont find an email address for support as they get too much spam, but that support feature is effective and they always reply
