Hi there,
I purchased two games (Lumines and Midnight Hold Em Poker) from your site, went to download via WAP, and discovered that my mobile network - 3 - blocks access to all but the most boring of WAP sites :(
So basically there is now no way I can download my games? Have I completely wasted £7.98 or can you rise to the challenge and offer a solution - either a web download (so that I can transfer via PC data cable) or a refund, as I've clearly not downloaded the games.
Yours, a very miffed and broke customer...

Hi, I have the exact same problem, I have sent two emails to support and everytime I get an email back from them saying I have received a reply to my question, and that I should log on and click on support. And the same useless standard reply is there waiting for me every time. Is there any chance you have customer support that involves humans and not a standard email reply? I assume your system picks out words automatically and thinks it knows what the problem is, well it doesn't! So could we please have some human help here! My suggestion to this problem is either a refund or downloading to computer and then transferring onto mobile.

Hi,
3 do cause a problem with their restrictive policy. This is why we put warnings on every game page and on the checkout screen where you order the game that 3 subscribers have their internet censored.
Apparently 3 say they will open this up if customers complain enough so that's all we can suggest. Unfortunately it is their policy and of course there is nothing we can do about it apart from the hundreds of warnings all over our site.

You might have hundreds of warnings about this but you have hid them very well! I can't see them anywhere, anyway! I have phoned 3 and complained to them, cuz at the end of the day, it is them who are shite! So I got my refund from them instead!

Hi,
I think they have to change this soon as it's basically ripping off their customers - imagine selling them a high speed web phone and then not allowing them to surf most of the web!! It's just plain crazy!
By the way, the warnings are at the bottom of every game page and at the bottom of the checkout on the screen where you pay so we hope that's not really hidden!!
Cheers anyway and glad you got your refund.
