Sure,

Go to http://www.gamemobile.co.uk/customer/index.php?page_tracker=forgotDetails and enter your mobile number in international format to get your username and password sent to you and then enter a support request in your account and our team can sort any problem you have.

Are you sure you are entering them cAsE sensitively?

If that doesn't work for you then sign up for a free account at http://www.gamemobile.co.uk/free-mobile-game.php and use support in there but it is better if you can get into your main account as that will have your history and loyalty credits in there.

Regards.

I went to the link to get my login details. I typed in my phone number and then an email was sent to me with my username and password (this proves my account is on your database). Then when i go and log in it says its a bad password. But all I did is copy and paste the password from the email which was sent to me.
Your system is not working.
Also if i create another account, what good would that do. As it will not have any of my history details.
All I want is my money back which you took.

Hi,

Not sure why it's going wrong for you as over 40,000 people a day login to their accounts! Anyway, PM me your phone number and I'll get support to sort it by PM for you.

Sooper.
