Review
of World Snooker Championship 2007
|
| David Cleaver | A truly awful rendering of a game. Angles are bad, play is sooo slow, balls are impossible to pot, etc. I have read good reviews for this game and can only think I got some sort of dodgy b-grade version, because it's practically unplayable. 1/10. |
| Pavlos Anastasi | Extremely good game, and the best thing is that you can play it over and over and over again!
The trickshots are particularly difficult though. |
| Lee Cuff | Love this game. Graphics are brilliant, controls easy to use. Like the way you can skip next players shot. Got right into this one and was late for work!! Keep the games coming! |
| Ian Mann | Way too easy. The computer players are rubbish, all of them. The highest break any one of them has made against me while reds are still on the table is 8. I completed all the trick shots and challenges in less than 30 minutes. The table physics is a little bit dodgy with balls not always going in the direction you would expect. This version does not follow snooker rules, if you become snookered after your opponent fouls you cannot take a free ball or force them to go again, it also carries on playing if you foul on the final black, come on its game over! Most annoying! Still this looks nice and if you enjoy winning all the time this may be for you.... |
| jakeesiyok | Brilliant game.. Keeps me playing for hours. I wish it had a player create option. |
| James Goodall | Great snooker game. Good graphics, easy to use controls & excellent game play. The tornements last for ages so it keeps you entertained for a long time! A must for any snooker fan! |
| Lyndsey marie Clark | Not bad. Championship mode is a little lost on me, as you only have a few games. View isn't too good on long shots. |
| Andrew Macdonald | This game is nothing like what they make it out to be. The game play is fairly poor and the graphics are terrible.
There are some ups however, it is realistic with regards to ball direction and cue ball control. If I had seen this game being played I probably wouldnt have bought it, too late now. |
| Kevin Saywell | Very good. |
| WAP Review | One of the best snooker games on mobile. |
| Andy Hamilton | Powerful game bit easy but still a gud game u shud def buy. |
| Martin North | Very realistic but difficult game play, willtake some time to master. |
| Peter Noake | Ok game, but aiming system not very accurate. Could also do with a top down view, as long shots are very difficult to see with angled view. And i've seen better graphics. Shame it's not similar to midnight pool, which is much better at gameplay, graphics, and views (although I do prefer snooker to pool). |
| Erik Olsson | Good game, nice graphic. |
| Richard Hodge | Better than previous snooker simulation games for mobile phones but still not there! |
| WAP Review | Really enjoyed it. |
| James Smith | Excellent game, very easy to learn, the computer oppostion could do with being a bit better though! |
| Terrie Alexander | It's ok, but the graphics let it down badly. The 'd' is angular, and the balls look more like coloured rocks, though the physics seem quite realistic. I think for the sake of realism the developer hasn't included an overhead view, but due to the poor graphics and the view angles you do get, it's hard to see what's going on at the other end of the table. I've hardly played it for those reasons. |
| Chris Brimble | Brilliant snooker game - you can really use different powered shots - very accurate potting -. |
| Johann Handsteiner | Nice game! |
| David Orrell | Very good game. A good aiming system(same as ps2 version) but with usual mobile problem not always being able to line up shots exactly(jumps from just one side of pocket to other), the graphics are excelent, sound adequate(usual for mobile) you can play against 20 real players (in championship)or 2 player, you can do trickshots( have not tried this yet so can't comment) thers even a tutor once you start playing you just can't put it down this is easily the best snooker game on a mobile if you like snooker buy it. |
| Daniel Rassel | The graphics are ok, but the physics are not great... |
| Stephen Jenkins | Poor, 3d just does not work on a 2 inch screen. Graphics were poor ( this might have been my phones fault, but it is a nokia n80 ). |
| Robin Geersen | Perfect game. |
| Alan Stewart | Good size of game. Excellent gameplay, good options and player choice. Problems, only 10 reds, instead of the 15 there should be. Plus, the aiming could have been better, sometimes even if you can see the balls and the available pocket, you can only aim slightly left or rigt of the pocket, very frustrating. |
| Mark Robinson | One of the better snooker/pool games I have played on a mobile phone. |
| John Davies | What a game - gamemobile have done it again. Produced another winner.
You are in the crucible aiming to win the world championship.
The atmosphere is biting - chalk your cue and win. |
