Alan Johnston	Classic tetris plus extras. Sticky mode where the blocks break up and/or stick together, and fusion where you have to get the 'cells' together to form a reaction. Challenge mode also exists for each version. Hardly any help so you have to play the game to get the hang of what is going on. Game saved when you exit so you can resume when you next start up.
Ian Cairns	An awesome version of tetris. Go for this version over the standard release as it has a few extra modes, unless you like the original version that is. There are 3 modes. 1. "cascade" (very similar to the original version, but, if you can create cascades by strategic placements of the blocks when you clear a line. Blocks will fall seperately rather than all being stuck together in one line.) 2. "sticky" there are 15 levels in total, each level a random number of blocks are added in one line which has to be cleared. One the added line/s have been cleared you go the the next level. 3. "fusion" 15 levels where there are fusion blocks consisting of single 1x1 blocks rather than the normal 4 piece blocks. Join a certain amount of fusion blocks to the one located on the bottom row to clear the level, quite a nice variant of the original this mode. This makes my train journeys fly by! :-).
Aaron Higgins	This is a great game for filling those boring moments It has two game modes, mania and challenge - in mania you play the standard 'cascade' or 'sticky' modes where you assend to the next level by removing x number of rows. In challenge you can either play the cascade mode where the screen is increasingly blocked at the start of each level or the timed mode where you have x amount of time to get as many points as possible. This makes for a pretty varied way to play this classic game. A nice touch is that you can suspend and resume your games as you wish, so if you're interupted while you're in the groove, you can come back to it later. The level speed varies from the painfully slow to the insanely fast, which gives you time to get into it before it gets too mental and this will challenge anyone's reflexes. Now... If I could only get past level 12.... ;0).
