| Stuart Carter | The first thing to strike you about flexis extreme will be the physics engine - or, in layman's terms, how realistically the blocks bounce. And they bounce very well indeed! Hell, I remember when games on a full-fledged pc wanted to look as good as this!
I've played for about 40 minutes on flexis extreme so far and enjoyed every second of it: the games are varied and challenging (but not too challenging), the controls relatively easy to master, and i'm still blown away by the highly polished graphics.
The only thing I haven't been able to check out is the music - and we all know how important music is in a tetris game, right? - because my wife made me turn the sound off after just 10 seconds of it. Bah!
Any downsides? Well, yes, one small one: flexis extreme is fast, furious and relatively complex in comparison to standard tetris - so much so that your finely-honed tetris skills don't often get a chance to shine through because everything's bouncing, spinning, exploding, flashing and god-knows-what-ing all at once. There's more luck involved than is usual in these types of games. However, as I said before flexis extreme isn't too difficult, so the seat-of-your-pants gameplay isn't really a problem - at least, not on the lower levels - and i'm sure you'll be far to busy to think about that once you hit the higher levels in this masterpiece of a game. |
| Mark Ostrow | Kind of like tetris or columns but with a twist... Or actually a flex. The blocks come down and bend. Not only that but with your button you can relaunch them upwards and turn them. There are bombs and other powerups.
This is a fun, innovative game for its type and the only place that I could find it for my phone was game mobile. |

There are several modes from - each one pretty fun. It is definitely great if you are one of these people who loves to play games on the toilet! ;). |
