| Diamond Rush You play an adventurer on a mighty trek: run away to avoid rock slides, push boulders out of your way, solve the riddles of ancient civilizations, climb the cave walls You play an adventurer on a mighty trek: run away to avoid rock slides, push boulders out of your way, solve the riddles of ancient civilizations, climb the cave walls to reach unexplored places, and more.
The quest takes you through three stunningly beautiful worlds:
The Ancient Khmer Temple of Angkor: Clear brush and overcome boulders on your way to the diamonds, but be mindful of the elusive snakes and other life-threatening obstacles as you continue your quest.
The Bavarian Dungeon: Search every inch of this medieval dungeon full of dangerous spiders and terrifying knights for the hidden treasure chests that contain your riches!
The Snowy Caves of Tibet: This frozen world will be a true challenge. Watch out for stalactites and prehistoric apes lurking around.
In each world, try to collect objects to build up your arsenal: a compass to guide you, a hammer for knocking out enemies, a grapple for grabbing far-off objects, and so on.
In addition to physical strength, you'll also need to be clever enough to solve the puzzles and riddles that lie between you and the enormous treasure.
Grab as many diamonds as you can, but be careful...the blinding light of these beautiful jewels can sometimes hide treacherous conditions.
So, do you have what it takes to be crowned the ultimate explorer? [-] Collapse See reviews for this game

| Munin | After finishing the tomb raider mobile games I decided to give diamond rush a try as it promised more block/boulder pushing mini puzzles, and although it is essentially a boulder dash clone; diamond rush does indeed have a slight tr quality to it.
As well as the usual boulder pushing/dodging and diamonds to collect, there are timed traps and enemies to avoid (or bash), keys and secret areas to find, and red gems to grab that enable you to travel to the extra locations. The early stages are fairly small and simple, but later levels provide more of a challenge and a certain amount of planning and thaught is needed to progress. Although I found the game to be of moderate difficulty, the inclusion of numerous save points throughout each stage is a welcome touch - particularly on the later stages.
The graphics are nicely detailed, colourful and crisp looking (w810i), and the little animations compliment the cartoon look without being overly cute. Likewise, the sound effects and musical jingles fit the mood perfictly but you can turn them off if you want.
The inclusion of an extra themed area (there are only three) and a bumping up of the stage count to 50 would have helped with regards to longevity, but i'm sure i'll be returning to this soon enough in an attempt to grab the maximum number of diamonds and gems on each stage.
Overall a good solid game with some great level design that should appeal to platformers and puzzlers alike. Not the most original or long lasting title, but still excellent oldschool fun.
8/10. |

| Felicity Morris | Good game with adequate action and puzzles for a mobile game and loads of levels to find out, the only down side is there are parts where its unclear what you need to do i. E. Maybe work out how to pull instead of push. So there could be more information in the help section. But these things don't stop you from continuing the game so other then that an enjoyable game. |

| Elaine Skinner | A good game with good graphics. The interface is easy to use and clear. I love puzzled games and this a good example of one with obstacles to move in a particular way in order to progress along the route. Hidden paths and mazes along the way add to the intrigue and keep the grey matter working to think laterally about how to get around a problem. Snakes and baddies will satisfy those who like to bash and kill things! A good game to play whilst on the bus to work or school and to kill that odd 20 minutes or so. Good value for the price. The reason why I only gave it an 8 is that the game does have a tendency to close part way through a level forcing me to restart the level again. A bit annoying but get aroundable. |
