Columns – Gems fall down in groups of three. Use the left & right (or 4 & 6) keys to stack them together on the field. Press down (or 8) key to increase the falling speed. Press OK (or 5) to change gem order downwards. Press * key to change gem order upwards. If the gems fill up the screen, game over! To stop this happening, line up three or more gems of the same colour vertically, horizontally or diagonally. Then gems will be erased.
Puyo Pop – Puyo fall down in pairs. Use the left & right (or 4 & 6) keys to guide Puyo onto the field. Press down key (or 8) to increase falling speed. Press OK (or 5) to spin Puyo clockwise. Press * key to spin counter-clockwise. If Puyo fill up the screen, game over! To stop this happening, move Puyo to match four or more of one colour up, down, left or right. Then Puyo will be erased!
